Does my AI look for skills on its own?
Usually not yet. Your AI gets guidance to consult Skillstore, but in our tests agents rarely searched unprompted. Ask it directly, for example “Find a Skillstore method for this task.” It then searches and checks which skill fits.
Does it load the whole library?
No. Skillstore returns possible matches first. Your AI requests the selected instructions when needed. Those instructions and tool calls use context; the rest of the catalog stays outside the conversation.
What does it cost?
Public skills and the public connector are free today. Your AI provider may require a paid plan or charge for usage. Paid Skillstore access and creator payouts are not available yet. DM me on LinkedIn to join the creator pilot.
What can Skillstore see?
