For People leaders and hiring managers
Give new hires your team’s experience from the start.
Skillstore turns how your team works into methods new hires and their AI can follow. What to check, what to deliver and when to ask for help, right when the work starts.
Paid assisted pilot: R$7.500 · up to 21 days. Scope and terms.
They have access. Do they know how to do the work?
The welcome pack explains the company. The first customer reply, analysis or unusual case still needs an experienced colleague to stop and explain. Your most knowledgeable people become the bottleneck for every new hire’s questions.
The first deliverable starts with what your team already knows.
A clear place to start
New hires see the next step, important checks and an approved example while working on the task.
Fewer repeated questions
Managers explain the method once and spend review time on decisions that need their judgment.
Shared review criteria
The person doing the work and the person approving it use the same reference. Feedback becomes less of a surprise.

This is my first delivery complaint. Tracking has no new delivery date. How should I respond?
Aurora support · Late deliveries
- Check the order and most recent tracking event.
- Never promise a date the carrier has not confirmed.
- Route refund requests to the team lead for approval.
A reply ready for review
Hi Marina. I checked your order and the carrier has not confirmed a new date yet. I’ll request an update and keep following the delivery. I’ll let you know here as soon as the carrier confirms.
- Checked
- Order and tracking reviewed. No invented delivery date.
- If a refund is requested
- Send it to Luiza, the support team lead.

How Skillstore works
Choose the first deliverable
People and the hiring manager pick a recurring task and agree on what good work looks like.
Show how your team does it
Bring approved examples, important checks and exceptions. Skillstore organizes a method for the manager to review.
Review a real task
The new hire uses the method with their own AI. The manager reviews the result and improves anything the method left unclear.
Common questions
Do we need a documented methodology?
Start with one good deliverable and someone who can explain the choices behind it. Skillstore helps turn that knowledge into a method. Your team can also adapt the best available engineering, design and writing methods from the library.
Does Skillstore replace our onboarding tools or LMS?
Keep your welcome materials and training. Skillstore supports the moment of doing: applying the team’s method to the task a new hire needs to deliver today.
How much time does the manager contribute?
The assisted pilot covers one process and two 30-minute conversations. The manager provides examples, approves the method and reviews the work. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before the pilot starts.
Who approves the work and updates the method?
The team manager still approves the work. The method owner reviews changes when the process evolves. Skillstore does not infer policy changes or automatically turn AI suggestions into company rules.
Does our company knowledge become public?
Drafts start private. Creating and sharing company methods requires an account and authorized access. Your team chooses who can use each library; a shared AI account does not automatically separate clients or projects.
